LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.38.8.1. Régimen de transición. La implementación del Servicio Social para la Paz, su adecuación institucional, los aspectos operativos, logísticos y demás que se requieran para ponerlo en funcionamiento iniciarán a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente título, y el proceso de incorporación de los Promotores Sociales para la Paz comenzará en la vigencia fiscal 2025, para lo cual el Comité Técnico del Servicio Social para la Paz deberá adoptar las medidas necesarias para su materialización.
