En la Ley de Apropiaciones se fijará anualmente una suma no menor de quince mil pesos ($15.000.00) para atender a los gastos que demanden las oficinas de turismo establecidas o que establezcan, y en general para el fomento y propaganda del turismo tanto en el país como en el Exterior. Si así no ocurriere el Gobierno abrirá el crédito correspondiente.
