º. Prohibición para iniciar nuevas actividades . La Corporación Nacional para la Reconstrucción de la Cuenca del Río Páez y Zonas Aledañas "NASA KIWE" en liquidación no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto y conservará su capacidad jurídica, únicamente, para expedir los actos y celebrar los contratos necesarios para su liquidación.
