Artículo primero . Apruébase el Acuerdo número 003023 del 21 de mayo de 1975, emanado de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Cultura, por el cual se modifica la Planta de Personal de ese Instituto, cuyo texto es el siguiente: "ACUERDO NUMERO 000023 DE 1975 (mayo 21) Por el cual se modifica la Planta de Personal del Instituto Colombiano de Cultura. La Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Cultura, en uso de sus facultades legales, estatutarias, previo concepto favorable del D.A.S.C, y de la Dirección General del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda, acuerda:
