Si como consecuencia del accidente de trabajo o de la enfermedad profesional sobreviene la muerte del afiliado, o muere un pensionado por riesgos profesionales, tendrán derecho a la pensión de sobrevivientes las personas descritas en el artículo 47 de la Ley 100 de 1993 , y su reglamentario.
