Repealed

De conformidad con el numeral 11 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional, autorízase al Gobierno para celebrarlos contratos a que se refiere el Artículo anterior.

Los contratos deberán contener la facultad para el Gobierno de vigilar y controlar la inversión y funcionamiento de los hoteles u hosterías, durante el tiempo en que los inversionistas o explotadores gocen de los incentivos establecidos en los artículos anteriores.

Parágrafo

En los contratos respectivos deberán señalarse como causales de caducidad administrativa, además de las enumeradas, por la Ley 167 de 1941 , las que surjan de la naturaleza especial de estos contratos, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que dicte el Gobierno.
