Las copias de la documentación deberán ser autenticadas por el empleado público que las hubiere expedido o por un notario según el caso. Cuando una persona hubiere actuado en nombre y representación de otra en el acto de reforma estatutaria, deberá acreditarse la autorización y el poder correspondiente debidamente autenticado ante notario, en original y tantas copias tenga el resto de la documentación.
