En las mismas condiciones estipuladas en los artículos anteriores para la construcción de una línea de tranvía de Juntas de Apulo a los Municipios de Viotá, Colegio y San Antonio, se autoriza al Gobierno para construir una línea de tranvía accionada por vapor, electricidad, petróleo o gasolina, etc., entre la ciudad de Girardot y el Municipio de Melgar, pudiéndolo continuar hasta los Municipios de Arbeláez y Fusagasugá.
