Los Administradores de las Aduanas de la Republica y el Administrador General de Correos nacionales, estarán obligados a avisar telegráficamente Los primeros, al Ministerio de Obras Públicas, en los primeros quince días de cada mes, el producto del Fondo Especial de Caminos recaudados en la respectiva Oficina, en el mes anterior, y la fecha en que se verifique la remesa de ese producto a la Tesorería General.
