Convenios. Las Cámaras de Comercio podrán celebrar entre ellas convenios de cooperación para la mejor prestación de los servicios a que se refiere el presente decreto. Tales convenios podrán referirse a la prestación de servicios tecnológicos u operativos. En ningún caso los convenios celebrados entre las Cámaras de Comercio implicarán que alguna de ellas pueda transferir a otra la responsabilidad que frente a terceros le asiste por el ejercicio de la función registral.
