° Las resoluciones definitivas sobre fijación y reconocimiento de auxilios que detecte el Gobernador del Departamento de Caldas en cumplimiento del presente Decreto, podrán ser apelables para ante el ministerio de Obras Públicas, dentro de los diez días siguientes a su notificación.
