º. En lo sucesivo el observatorio Meteorológico Nacional de San Bartolomé dependerá del Ministerio de Industrias y su Director será el Jefe de la Sección de Meteorología del mismo Ministerio. El actual Jefe de dicha Sección quedará con el carácter y funciones de meteorólogo de la misma. Las publicaciones, compra de aparatos y clasificación de estaciones meteorológicas se harán bajo la dirección del Jefe de la Sección.
