El Gobierno Nacional incluirá en el Presupuesto de las próximas vigencias las partidas necesarias con destino al cumplimiento de esta Ley, quedando facultado de hacer los traslados y abrir los créditos necesarios para la ejecución de lo aquí dispuesto.
