La solicitud de permiso para la descarga, i la resolucion de la Aduana concediéndolo, se trasmitirán también por el telégrafo, a reserva de enviar después por el ferrocarril los documentos que contengan por estenso la solicitnd i permiso espresados. Al concederse la licencia se fijará por la Aduana el número de horas en que ha de verificarse la descarga.
