ARTICULO 24 . Este Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, pero la designación del personal que se crea y las supresiones que se establecen en las Direcciones Seccionales de Instrucción Criminal, solamente se harán efectivas a medida que empiece a funcionar cada unidad judicial. Publíquese, comuníquese y cúmplase.
