Los procesos administrativos sancionatorios que al entrar en vigencia el presente decreto adelantan los Directores Generales de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud serán distribuidos entre los Superintendentes Delegados, mediante resolución que expida el Superintendente Nacional de Salud, de acuerdo con la naturaleza de sus funciones.
