º Funciones . La Comisión de Ordenamiento Territorial que se organiza e integra a través del presente Decreto, cumplirá las funciones generales previstas en el artículo transitorio 38 de la Constitución Política, al igual que las que se le atribuyen de manera específica en los artículos 299, 307 y 329 de la misma, y contará con la colaboración que requiera de los diferentes organismos del Estado.
