Petición de informes. El Juez que conozca de un proceso y tenga noticia que en un juzgado cursan otro u otros procesos de aquellos que deben acumularse, pedirá informes al Juez respectivo, quien deberá contestar dentro de los tres días siguientes a aquel en que recibiere la petición. Dicho informe contendrá todos los datos nece sarios para establecer la procedencia de la acum ulación.
