Crédito para los micro-empresarios . La Corporación Financiera Popular dará prioridad al crédito de fomento y arrendamiento de equipos a través del Leasing, para los micro-empresarios localizados en las Regiones Fronterizas. Para este efecto, el Fondo Nacional de Garantías podrá respaldar a aquellos micro-empresarios que tengan dificultades para el otorgamiento de garantías reales.
