LOS FUNCIONARIOS OFICIALES REMITIRÁN A LAS DIVISIONES DE FISCALIZACIÓN LOS DOCUMENTOS QUE NO HAYAN CANCELADO EL IMPUESTO DE TIMBRE. El funcionario oficial ante quien se presenten documentos gravados con el impuesto de timbre, sin que el pago del impuesto se hubiere verificado o se haya hecho en forma irregular o deficiente, los remitirá a la División de Fiscalización de la Administración de Impuestos Nacionales del lugar con un informe pormenorizado para que haga la liquidación de los impuestos y se impongan las sanciones.
