La Dirección de Ganadería e Inspección de Carnes deberá asegurarse de que el examen de los animales y sus derivados alimenticios, se hacen efectivos tanto de noche como de día. Por tanto, el servicio de inspección estará listo en cualquier momento en que lo requieran los establecimientos en donde él se mantenga de acuerdo con la presente Ley.
