Artículo segundo. Hácese la siguiente creación en el ramo de Correos del Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos: Departamento de Bolívar. Cartagena-Una plaza de Oficial de Encomiendas del Exterior, de la Agencia Postal, con asignación mensual de $ 200.00 Suma $ 200.00

Parágrafo

El gasto que demande el cumplimiento del artículo anterior, se imputará al Capitulo 97, artículo 1987 del Presupuesto vigente.
