Articulo 98 . La providencia que resuelve sobre el recurso de reposición se notificará personalmente al interesado o a su apoderado, entregándole una copia autentica de ella, si se presenta a recibirla dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a su expedición. Si no se pudiere hacer la notificación personal porque no comparece el interesado, la providencia se notificara por medio de edicto que se fijará en lugar público de la Corporación, por el término de diez (10) días hábiles, vencidos los cuales se entenderá notificada la providencia.
