La Nación se asocia a la Conmemoración de los 450 años de fundación del Municipio de Tenerife en el departamento del Magdalena que tuvo ocurrencia el 20 de enero de 1993, rinde tributo de admiración a sus fundadores y exalta las virtudes cívicas de sus habitantes, quienes de manera denodada han contribuido a la construcción histórica de Colombia y al progreso del Departamento del Magdalena.
