Artículo cuarto. Autorízase al Consejo .Administrativo delos mismos Ferrocarriles para enajenar los edificios de los Talleres y Almacenes del Ferrocarril de Cartagena, sitúados dentro de dicha ciudad, con los terrenos en donde se hallan construidos, y el lote de terreno y los edificios pertenecientes al Ferrocarril Troncal de Occidente, Sector Bolívar, situados en el kilómetro 3 + 500, mediante contratos que tan sólo requieren para su validez de la aprobación del mismo Consejo.
