No podrán suscribir ni ser beneficiarios de los contratos de estabilidad jurídica quienes hayan sido condenados mediante sentencia ejecutoriada o sancionados mediante acto administrativo definitivo, en el territorio nacional o en el extranjero, en cualquier época, por conductas de corrupción que sean consideradas punibles por la legislación nacional.
