° La incorporación de los valores de las expresadas liquidaciones en las cuentas de la Administración de Hacienda Nacional, quedarán respaldadas por la fianza del Administrador, quedando así corregida la irregularidad de la falta de caución que se observa en cuanto a la garantía del manejo de la Sección de Encomiendas Postales del Exterior.
