En aquellos casos en los cuales, en virtud de una cesión de un fondo de pensiones, pudiera excederse el margen de solvencia de la entidad cesionaria o resultare insuficiente el monto de la reserva de estabilización de rendimientos, ésta acordará inmediatamente con la Superintendencia Bancaria un programa de ajuste a dicho margen.
