La suma de que trata esta Ley se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y se le cubrirá por mensualidades a la Junta de Fomento que funciona en la ciudad de Barranquilla, la que rendirá sus cuentas de acuerdo con las disposiciones fiscales.
