Artes finales. Los artes finales a que se refieren los artículos 4º, literal c); 12, literal c), y 141 literal b) del presente Decreto deberán presentarse en unas dimensiones de 12 x 12 centímetros a partir del 1º de marzo de 1994, observando las demás condiciones establecidas en los mencionados artículos.
