º El valor de los aportes o auxilios ordenados legalmente a favor de los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarías y del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, para el pago de los sueldos de los maestros de la enseñanza primaria, se computará como parte de los porcentajes señalados en el artículo anterior. Pero si dicho valor fuere mayor, no habrá lugar a reducción o deducción alguna.
