° El Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana - Inurbe y la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, por conducto de sus Juntas Directivas establecerán los criterios para la adjudicación del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda y para la declaración de elegibilidad de planes de soluciones de vivienda, en las zonas que les corresponda, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de este Decreto.
