Vicepresidencia Administrativa. La Vicepresidencia Administrativa es la dependencia encargada de administrar la gestión logística y documental, coordinar las actividades de adquisición de pólizas de seguros, velar por la seguridad institucional y coordinar las actividades relacionadas con el proceso de contratación del Banco y administrar los activos fijos, mediante la implementación de procedimientos simples y estandarizados con un enfoque de servicio a las áreas.
