La acción disciplinaria y las sanciones procederán aun cuando el Notario haya hecho dejación del cargo. Cuando la suspensión o la destitución no pueda hacerse efectiva por pérdida anterior del cargo se anotará en la hoja de vida del sancionado, para que surtan sus efectos como impedimento.
