Articulo 1° Créanse loterías para cada una de las Intendencias y Comisarías, las cuales tendrán un soló sorteo anual, con premios en dinero, y cuyo producto se destinará exclusivamente para los servicios de asistencia pública en aquellas

Parágrafo

Las loterías de las Intendencias y Comisarías funcionarán conjuntamente bajo el nombre de "Lotería de los Territorios Nacionales", y para tal fin podrán acumular el número de billetes en serie continua que legalmente corresponden a cada una de ellas.
