Art. 317. EL Presidente de la Comisión notificará personalmente la sentencia á los interesados si estos no se presentan a rendir la notificación dentro de los seis días siguientes al pronunciamiento de la sentencia, la notificación se surtirá con un aviso que se publicara en el periódico oficial del departamento con la fruncía del indicado Presidente.
