Créase una Comisión Interinstitucional, de carácter temporal, que se encargará del estudio y análisis del actual sistema de notariado, con el fin de proponer y elaborar los proyectos de la ley que se requieran en materia de notariado. La Comisión Interinstitucional que se crea con el presente decreto, funcionará hasta el día 31 de julio de 1998.
