Con base en la suma de cincuenta y ocho mil pesos ($ 58.000), depositada en la Pagaduría de la Dirección General de Marina por la Tropical Oil Company, en desarrollo del contrato de 31 de mayo del presente año, sabre servicios del buque-tanque Cabimas, ábrese el siguiente crédito adicional a la Ley de Apropiaciones vigente: MINISTERIO DE GUERRA CAPITULO 37 Marina Nacional. Artículo 481. Para gastos de remolcadores y transportes marítimos y fluviales, así:
