Queda prohibido a los patronos pagar en dinero las prestaciones establecidas en el artículo 1.° y 4.° de la Ley 136 de 1948. El Jefe del Departamento Nacional del Trabajo, los Inspectores Nacionales y Seccionales del Trabajo y los Médicos Visitadores dependientes de la Oficina Nacional de Medicina e Higiene Industrial vigilarán el cumplimiento por parte de los patronos, de esta disposición.
