Art. 14 Recibido el expediente en la Gobernación se dará traslado al respectivo agente del Ministerio Público por tres días, y evacuado el traslado se resolverá lo que haya lugar dentro de los cinco días siguientes.

Parágrafo

En caso de ampliación del sumario, el sindicado volverá a ser reducido a prisión, si contra el resultaren pruebas suficientes para ello.
