Decreto 566 de 1930 · POR EL CUAL SE ADICIONA EL 263 DE 15 DE FEBRERO DE 1929, DICTADO EN DESARROLLO DE LA LEY 96 DE 1928, QUE CREO LA COMISARIA DEL AMAZONAS, EN LO REFERENTE AL RAMO DE EDUCACION PUBLICA

Artículo único. Incorpórase el Territorio Escolar del Amazonas a los Territorios Escolares del Putumayo y Caquetá.

Parágrafo

El Reverendo Padre Prefecto de las Misiones en tales Territorios desempeñará las funciones de Inspector Escolar con las atribuciones legales correspondientes, y los nombramientos de los maestros y maestras de las escuelas de varones y de niñas urbanas y rurales, que pague la Nación, dentro de la jurisdicción del Territorio Escolar del Amazonas, serán hechos por el señor Inspector escolar de dicho territorio, quien someterá tales nombramientos a la aprobación del ministerio de Educación Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
