º . De la prestación del servicio en gestión indirecta. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones otorgará las concesiones para la prestación del Servicio de Radiodifusión Sonora en gestión indirecta mediante contrato o licencia, previa la realización del procedimiento de selección objetiva, en los términos establecidos en la ley y en este decreto.
