La calidad de afiliado se pierde por retiro voluntario o por expulsión mediante decisión motivada del Consejo Directivo de la caja de compensación familiar, fundada en causa grave. Corresponde al Consejo Directivo adoptar el procedimiento para la expulsión de afiliados.
