Todas las entidades y funcionarios públicos deben dar al Registrador Nacional de Propiedad Intelectual y al encargado de ejercer la superintendencia de esa oficina, los datos e informes que soliciten relacionados con las funciones del Registrador, así como practicar todas las diligencias que se les encomienden en relación con el cumplimiento de la Ley 86 de 1946.
