º. Las resoluciones de transferencia de áreas consideradas de cesión y espacio público a los municipios o distritos, deberán contener como mínimo

Designación del municipio o distrito a favor del que se efectúa la cesión;

Identificación del cedente, que en todo caso será la Unidad Administrativa Especial Liquidadora de los Asuntos del Instituto de Crédito Territorial;

Identificación de los bienes objeto de cesión.
