Suministro de información. La Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario (CNCA) deberá suministrar a terceros la información y documentación que no tenga el carácter reservado o información pública clasificada o cuando se requiera por las autoridades judiciales, legislativas, administrativas que siendo constitucional o legalmente competentes para ello, los soliciten para el debido ejercicio de sus funciones, según lo establece la Ley 1437 de 2011 y las normas que la modifiquen.
