° Los trabajadores del Banco Central Hipotecario, vinculados a la Subgerencia de Desarrollo Regional y Urbano en el momento de su supresión, a quienes se les ofrezca un empleo en la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A. “Findeter” de conformidad con lo prescrito en este Decreto, podrán optar entre aceptar la nueva vinculación o percibir la indemnización prevista en las normas vigentes para ellos, cuando su contrato tenga que darse por terminado.
