Autorízase al Gobierno para que por medio del apoderado de la Nación en el concurso de acreedores por quiebra del Banco Unión de Cartagena, proceda a arreglar extrajudicialmente con los demás acreedores y los representantes de dicho Banco el pago de las acreencias de la Nación.
