° En el mismo libro se registrarán los demás documentos emitidos por el Estado con intereses, siempre que a juicio del Ministerio del ramo requieran la verificación del saldo correspondiente. Antes de proceder al registro de los papeles referidos en este artículo, el Ministerio resolverá, en vista de los mismos, acerca del derecho que tenga el portador para solicitar su inscripción.
