El control interno de la Empresa se ceñirá a los artículos 209 y 269de la Constitución Política y a las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias que se expidan sobre el particular. El control fiscal de la Empresa, corresponde a la Contrataría General de la República, el cual se ejercerá en forma posterior y selectiva, conforme a los procedimientos, sistemas y principios establecidos en el artículo 209 de la Constitución Política y en la Ley 42 de 1993 y las normas que la complementen o modifiquen.
